Under the patronage of Mr. Falah Mohammed Al-Naemi, Chairman and Managing Director of Qatar Post, the Artificial Intelligence Initiative has been launched to foster innovation and adopt AI technologies. This initiative aims to enhance performance and operational efficiency within the framework of the organization’s digital transformation and sustainable development strategy.
The initiative aims to improve operational processes through the use of AI solutions and to promote innovation by encouraging employees to propose and develop creative ideas, with the goal of enhancing efficiency, expediting procedures, and elevating the level of services provided to customers. Additionally, the initiative supports the development of human resources capabilities to effectively adopt and utilize these technologies, thereby contributing to sustainability and institutional excellence, and reinforcing Qatar Post’s position as a leading institution in the postal sector.
Some of the ideas presented in the initiative include an AI Drives to complete collection on the go, a virtual call center Agent – PAM, and AI Powered Cross selling and upselling.
