Together with FIFA’s relevant body, Qatar Post designed and developed an IT application able to record all lost items left behind at the stadium after the end of each match. The system enabled the creation of immediate lost items’ records, including full details, specs and even pictures.

In terms of manpower support, Qatar Post deployed 24 Supervisors covering 64 matches and 47 Information Points, who were tasked to send daily reports about the lost & found service (such as: number of items retrieved and call center statistics).
